I am experienced in working with clients struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-harm, life transitions, stress, parenting issues, and relationship concerns. As the spouse of a veteran, I am also familiar with the unique challenges that military members and their families face, and I am very passionate about working with this community.
