Hi, I’m Jade. My hope is to provide you, through counseling and therapy, with a space and relationship that is full of trust and respect. This will allow you to feel comfortable sharing your past, your current struggles, and your hopes for the future. Reaching out for mental health care is a sign of great strength, and it would be an honor to help you make needed changes so that you can have the life that you have always wanted. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a helpful and supportive relationship where we collaborate on your goals. I will help you work through your difficult thoughts, emotions, feelings, and challenges. When we are in session together we can focus on whatever you need and want to work on. What I mean by this is that you are free to talk about whatever you need to. It is important that you have a place to feel heard, cared for, and supported. Working together to problem solve and find solutions, challenge unhelpful beliefs, reduce a distressing issue or concern, develop a greater understanding of yourself, or increase your coping skills are some of the processes and goals we can work towards.
