Introduction

Empowering Minds is here to provide behavioral healthcare needs to children, teens, college students, and adults. Treatment can include medication management, brief supportive therapy, holistic treatment, or medical cannabis (coming soon). I strive to to reduce stigma, build trust, and create a safe space where healing is possible and every voice is heard. I am here to support you on your journey to mental wellness, with or without medication. I also consider supplements, diet modifications, pharmacogenetic testing, and lab evaluations in supporting each person's individual treatment plan. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidenced based mental health care that empowers individuals to reclaim their peace, improve functioning, and live more fulfilled lives.
