Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from yourself or your relationships? Life brings challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone, whether it's anxiety, depression, ADHD, conflict with a partner, trauma, or the stress of major life transitions. I'm here to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in the areas of life that matter most. I work with individuals and couples ages 16 and up who are seeking meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and build practical tools to move you toward your goals—whether that’s improving communication, managing ADHD, healing from past trauma, learning how to get mind and body to work together, or navigating your faith journey. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method principles having completed their Level 1 training—to ensure that our work fits your unique needs and preferences. I also welcome and incorporate Christian faith perspectives for clients who desire a spiritually integrated approach. I offer secure teletherapy across Oregon, giving you the flexibility to access support from wherever you are. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reach out via email with any questions or to get started.
