I offer a space that is not only trauma-informed — but oppression-aware, identity-centered, and radically affirming. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is both personal and political. My approach is collaborative, consent-based, and rooted in authentic human connection. I especially love supporting queer, trans, and neurodivergent clients in unlearning shame and reclaiming their autonomy. Therapy with me is validating, real, and focused on what actually works for you—not what the system says should. Let’s figure it out together. I don’t see therapy as fixing what's "broken" — because you are not broken. Instead, I hold space for your wholeness, even in pain. I offer: neurodivergent-affirming care (no ABA, no pathologizing); liberatory anti-carceral approaches to trauma, boundaries, and accountability; body mind-based tools for nervous system regulation that center access needs; relational healing rooted in mutual respect, consent, and transparency; and a political understanding of suffering, not a clinical one divorced from context. Whether you’re seeking to unmask, unravel survival adaptations, rage, rest, or reconnect, I meet you where you are. I believe in your right to take up space, to not produce, and heal on your own terms.
