I’ve always had a passion for helping people and enjoy walking alongside individuals on their healing journey. I pull from a variety of evidenced-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, person-centered and narrative therapy. Most importantly, I believe in meeting clients where they are and offering encouragement and support as they untangle the issues that have brought them to therapy. I try to bring my authentic self into sessions because at the end of the day, I’m a human connecting with another human, and I want you to bring your authentic self, too!
