I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am pursuing licensure as a professional counselor. I bring over 23 years of service in the Ohio Army National Guard—including multiple overseas and stateside deployments—as well as 10 years of experience working in an adult male correctional facility in Ohio. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and am a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Ohio. While new to the counseling profession, my life and career experiences have fostered a deep understanding of human resilience, connection, and emotional complexity. My clinical work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals and couples strengthen emotional bonds, enhance communication, and build secure, lasting relationships. I am passionate about supporting clients as they explore their emotions, heal relational wounds, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to grow, reconnect, and thrive.
