Welcome to Calming Waters Therapy. I'm Henry, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) here in WA. I hold a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I am a military veteran, having served in both the US Army and US Marines Corps. I'm a cat dad and a Pacific Northwest resident since 2018. Calming Waters Therapy is a safe space for individuals, partners, and families struggling with trauma, grief, relational struggles, and men’s issues. Our work together is collaborative and client directed. We will use a blend of therapeutic approaches based on your values and beliefs to help you discover helpful ways to navigate your journey and rebalance your life.
