I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree from the University of Rochester. I bring nine years of experience in the mental health and chemical dependency field, supporting individuals across the lifespan in emergency psychiatry, outpatient care, foster care systems, and inpatient substance use treatment. I enjoy working with people of all ages—from children to older adults—and provide comprehensive medication management services. Living in a rural area of Western New York, I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to access mental health care when you’re ready to seek help. My goal is to make these services more accessible for individuals facing barriers such as transportation, geography, or other challenges. I believe in building genuine connections with those I care for, taking time to hear each person’s story and collaborate on addressing their most pressing concerns. Every individual brings a unique set of struggles—as well as strengths—and I strive to honor that in every interaction. My aim is to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment, offering evidence-based care with a collaborative, person-centered approach—meeting you where you are.
