Introduction

Heather is a licensed therapist working with adolescents, teens and adults through virtual sessions. She uses a humanistic approach to therapy where she treats every patient the way she would her own friends and family. She believes the therapeutic relationship is essential to the process! Her specialities are in anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD and sport psychology. With her person-centered approach, she uses a mix of modalities tailored specifically to each individual's needs and goals. She combines her education, along with over a decade of experience, to best treat each individual. Heather has experience working with professional athletes at the highest echelons and understands the unique struggles that come with those professions. She is continuing her research at the doctoral level and is eager to put her expertise to good use. She believes improvement and achievement can be gained across all settings and fields of life.
