I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and disconnection from self. My clinical experience spans both community and outpatient mental health settings. The folks I'm passionate about supporting often carry stories about who they were “supposed” to be—stories rooted in family dynamics, gender roles, and cultural expectations. If you’re working to reclaim your voice, your boundaries, or your sense of self, you’re in the right place. In our work together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped the way you move through the world—and how you can begin to show up more fully and freely. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from DBT and CBT skills training, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques. I work through a person-centered and intersectional lens—honoring your lived experience, your inner wisdom, and the ways power and identity show up in your life. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQ+ folks, and those healing from boundary violations and experiences that left them feeling unseen or silenced. I’m committed to holding space that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming—where you don’t have to perform or apologize for taking up space.
