Hayley is a retired combat veteran and licensed trauma mental health therapist. Her passion for helping people heal their trauma began in 2007 when she worked with indigenous populations during her military service. Hayley’s own intense trauma experiences deepened her understanding of how pain works…and ultimately the power of healing. She works with the mind, body, and spirit using proven methods to rewire the brain, align the body, and heal even the deepest of emotional wounds. In 2017, she earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and began aiding individuals with addictions. This work led her to develop programs for rehabilitation centers, where she recognized trauma as the root of chronic emotional pain and its links to physical issues like disease, substance use, and autoimmune disorders. To expand her expertise, Hayley obtained certifications in trauma and mental health nutrition. Featured on numerous podcasts and stages around the US as an expert, Hayley is dedicated to making the world a better place by supporting women’s healing journeys.
