Introduction

Hannah Padilla is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating life’s most difficult moments. Are past traumas or current triggers making it difficult to be present, enjoy life or make meaningful connections? Do daily challenges leave you feeling submerged or disconnected? You do not have to navigate this alone. The goal is to aide individuals who are trying overcome life’s difficult moments. Hannah specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, relationship and attachment issues, and a variety of other life challenges. Hannah believes people have the capacity to change and overcome their struggles. She wants to help get you there. Hannah has over 5 years of experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma or other heavy hardships in their lives. What makes this practice unique is the balance of warmth and gentle challenge. Hannah provides a compassionate space while also encouraging growth, even when that means stepping into temporary discomfort to make lasting, meaningful change. My approach is grounded in empathy, support, encouragement and empowerment. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to best meet the unique needs of each client. I have seen that with a combination of talk therapy and other evidence proven modalities people can overcome their past hurts and current struggles to feel in control and victorious in their lives. My goal is to help you move toward the life you want—one that feels rich, fulfilling, and meaningful. I’m deeply passionate about this work because I’ve always had a heart for helping others. Life can be incredibly hard—and even harder when it feels like you’re going through it alone. You don’t have to. I am here to walk with you through it. My practice is entirely online and sessions are done through HIPPA compliant video platforms. I am available via email or phone call. Therapy services are offered via secure video conferencing. This is an effective option for therapy that I have experience working with.
