You’ve always been the strong one—the one who keeps it together, meets expectations, and shows up for everyone else. But it’s exhausting. Maybe you're a first-gen daughter navigating boundaries, a working mom feeling disconnected, or a queer adult seeking a space that truly gets you. I help first-gen womxn of color, queer adults, and working moms heal from codependency, set boundaries, and break free from intergenerational cycles. This is a culturally affirming space where you don’t have to shrink, translate, or hold back—your language, culture, and full self are always welcome here. As a Trauma and Attachment-Based Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher, I bring a trauma sensitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices into our work. I offer telehealth sessions, making support accessible and flexible. Together, we’ll reconnect you to your voice, your values, and your healing.
