Introduction

I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. Both research and my experience demonstrate that the relationship we form is the most important aspect of treatment. I seek to offer a safe, comfortable space in which you can explore what is on your mind. I practice a variety of therapy modalities, including EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy, mindfulness, and Person centered. I have worked with all sorts of people from all walks of life over the years, from doctors and lawyers, young adults coming out of foster care, those who are unhoused, in recovery from addictions, to refugees. I myself come from another country (Australia). I have also had my own healing journey. I want to walk with you in your journey of self-discovery and growth. I want to get to know you and what you are seeking for yourself.
