I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in integrative and trauma-informed care. I provide a warm, collaborative space for those who want to explore the root causes of their challenges and work toward lasting change. I mainly utilize cognitive behavioral, existential, and psychodynamic approaches to therapy. I also offer psychedelic (ketamine) assisted psychotherapy (KAP), integration therapy for psychedelic use, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for those looking to explore deeper layers of their healing process, and to ultimately reduce the emotional charge. I mainly work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, PTSD or unresolved trauma. Many of my patients are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and are curious about how therapy – sometimes paired with psychedelic support – can accelerate their healing. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s grounded in trust, curiosity, safety, and compassion. My work is informed by mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the latest research in psychedelic assisted therapy and trauma informed approaches.
