One thing that we learn from St. Ignatius of Loyola is that we can change. That God created us to be human beings who are fully alive, dynamic, and free. So often, we enslave ourselves by resisting God's grace and choose those things that rob us of the opportunity to be our best selves. My therapeutic approach is to walk with you on a path toward freedom. By paying close attention to the movements of consolation and desolation in your life we allow God's grace to move you toward a spiritually rich and meaningful life. My mission is to celebrate the sacred in every human life. In order to walk with you on the path to freedom I engage the best in the Christian theological tradition, positive understanding of the human person, evidence-based interventions in clinical social work practice, and the profound wisdom discovered in Catholic mysticism. When you are ready, I am eager to walk with you on this path of awakening in body, mind, and spirit.
