Introduction

Hi everyone, I am so happy you are here. I am a client centered, solution focused therapist specializing in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and generational trauma. I utilize attachment styled therapy as well as CBT therapy. Prior to having my private therapy practice I worked as a social worker for my counties Child Welfare Services. I also had 10 years of working in substance abuse treatment programs locally. And spent some time working as a school mental health counselor at a couple local elementary schools.
