Introduction

Hi, I’m Farrah, a therapist who utilizes a trauma-informed lens, and I’m so glad you’re here. I came into this work because I’ve seen how deeply pain can shape our lives—and how powerful it can be to feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe space. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the resilience you already carry. I specialize in couples therapy, substance use disorders, and find fulfillment working with individuals navigating the effects of trauma, whether from childhood experiences, relationships, or overwhelming life events. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and chronic stress. Together, we’ll move at your pace, using evidence-based approaches to help you reconnect with your body, your story, and your sense of self—without judgment and without pressure. Healing isn’t linear, but you don’t have to do it alone. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.
