Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I'm parental mental health therapist and the founder of Willow Path Collective, a virtual practice dedicated to supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and fatherhood. As a mother myself who has walked through postpartum depression, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts, I bring not only clinical expertise but lived understanding to the work we do together. At Willow Path Collective, I draw inspiration from the strength and flexibility of the willow—symbols of resilience, peace, and growth. Just like the path each of us walks, therapy should be personal, rooted, and uniquely yours. I value building a space where your story can be heard deeply and without judgment. My Approach Our first session is focused on hearing your story, understanding your goals, and beginning to co-create a path forward. I believe in collaborative care—blending active listening and compassionate support with honest, growth-oriented challenge. I often incorporate individualized resources, including podcasts, videos, or worksheets, to keep the process engaging and meaningful between sessions. You won't walk away with a resource without your agreement first, because I know some seasons in parenthood can be extremely busy. I am here to support you and meet you where you are. For those who seek it, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating faith as part of the healing journey. If you're looking for a place to feel supported, understood, and gently guided toward healing—I’d be honored to walk with you.
