Hi, I’m Erin Schoettle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My journey into this work began with a deep desire to help others find healing and meaning in their lives, especially those who’ve felt unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the therapy space, which allows me to connect with clients in a real and grounded way. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and somatic, trauma-informed care, but more than anything, I lead with compassion and authenticity. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to show up. Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling to feel present in your relationships, or simply seeking clarity and confidence in your daily life, I’m here to support you. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, heal at your own pace, and create lasting change that feels true to you (humor included).
