Introduction

I’m Dr. Erin Corcoran, a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Corcoran Psychology and Wellness, PLLC. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and emotional dysregulation. My path into psychology began with a deep curiosity about people’s inner worlds and a passion for helping others feel truly understood. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked in outpatient clinics, residential treatment centers, and private practice—developing a style that is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I use evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build the skills they need to cope effectively, relate more authentically, and move forward with clarity. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply seeking support, my goal is to provide a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and genuinely helpful. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change at your pace. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
