Introduction

If trauma and anxiety are leaving you feeling disconnected and unsafe, I’d be honored to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My approach emphasizes recognizing and appreciating your strengths while empowering you to change patterns and move towards your desired outcomes. I specialize in helping individuals navigate daily life and relationships after trauma. My goal is to support you in cultivating both the gentleness and the fortitude needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and grace. I utilize mindfulness-centered techniques such as somatic experiencing to enhance awareness and deepen the mind-body connection. I am trained in EMDR and offer sessions to help you process and heal from past traumas. I integrate polyvagal theory into treatment to understand and address stress responses, creating a sense of safety and empowerment. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, and we’ll collaborate on setting goals to ensure you progress at a comfortable and achievable pace. My specialties lie in treating those who struggle with trauma, anxiety and ADHD. In addition to six years of experience working in mental healthcare, I hold a certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a lifetime of experience in dance and yoga, I integrate the wisdom of the body into my therapeutic practice. My journey with embodied movement has profoundly shaped my understanding of the mind-body connection, allowing me to offer a unique approach to therapy that emphasize not just knowing your truth, but feeling your truth. I believe that every version of you is deserving of love and support. In our therapeutic relationship, you are the expert on your experiences, and I provide grounded therapeutic context. Together, we’ll create a collaborative environment where you can explore, grow and heal.
