And not getting these needs met in our lives and relationships makes life a lot more work. I want to help you make space for yourself to identify your needs. I bring a trauma-informed and trauma-focused lens and we will work together to help you build connections with yourself and others. Trauma happens in relationship; so does recovery. I have a lot of training and experience in helping folks understand how they have been changed by life experiences. We can work together to find a good fit for you, whether it's focusing on addressing your thoughts, understanding your feelings better, or connecting with how your body reacts and responds. You deserve to focus on yourself and your recovery. Therapy is a place to practice building safety, trust, control, esteem, and connection so we can take new, better skills back into our relationships and focus on recovery, healing, and hope instead of protection and survival.
