Emma Plusquellec, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She has experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and caregivers. She has worked in many different settings including outpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and nonprofit. Emma specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and family dynamics. She also has a strong background in working with children and families within the foster care system. Emma has received training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Parent Management Training, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Infant Mental Health for ages 0–5. Her clinical approach is eclectic, integrating elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to best meet the unique needs of each client. Grounded in systems theory, Emma understands how individuals are influenced by the broader social, cultural, familial, and environmental systems around them.
