Introduction

Most clients I see want help setting boundaries, managing burnout, defeating anxiety and improving relationships. Ever said to yourself “I always help them but, they never help me.” Thats a sign you need a boundary. Overwhelmed and ignoring phone calls or texts? A sign you need a boundary too. Overextended to the point you are forgetting things? A sign you need a boundary, again. Let me help you recognize the signs, and what is in your control to help ease the stress. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach using CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care and integrated behavioral health methods. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and particularly passionate about supporting women during motherhood and major life changes. Mom rage is real and often leads to guilt and shame. Feeling unfilled and not knowing why? Worrying if you are doing enough? Aiming for perfect? Doing it all can lead to burn out. The mental load of being a mom is heavy. Looking for a better home and work life balance? Let me help you find a realistic harmony of the priorities most important to you.
