Introduction

As a licensed therapist in private practice, I believe that healing and personal growth begin with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental relationship. My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and clarity. Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I’m especially passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, develop healthier relationships, and build greater emotional resilience. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and psychodynamic principles. My style is collaborative and warm, balancing active listening with thoughtful feedback. I view each client as the expert in their own life, and I work to tailor my approach to meet your needs and goals. Seeking help takes courage, and I honor the vulnerability that comes with reaching out. Please feel free to reach out in the way that is most comfortable and convenient for you (phone or email). I am currently offering tele-health sessions.
