Introduction

I am a Clinical Mental Health Master’s level student at Northwestern University. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and disordered eating. I use an integrative approach of different treatment styles in sessions to help clients attain their therapeutic goals and achieve overall wellness. I believe in supporting, guiding, and empowering clients through their current struggles to help them develop a more fulfilling life.
