Introduction

Embodying Compassion, Boston Psychotherapy A small group practice located in the heart of Dedham Square Psychotherapist/Director: Aly Gorel, LICSW, BCN, RYT-500 ABOUT MY APPROACH My treatment approach is rooted in the belief that we all have inherent resiliency and the importance of community along our journey. We all get stuck sometimes and it takes a lot of courage and strength to reach out for help. Upon arrival at my office, I work compassionately and authentically with you to create a space where we can effectively work together on your goals. Collaboration, curiosity, and a mindful pace will help us explore current and past stressors that may be getting in the way of healing, growth, and self-actualization. I integrate several models rooted in Western and Eastern traditions of healing and work with you to establish your preference in treatment approaches that work for you. I have intensive training in trauma, attachment, and dissociation and have experience working with children, youth, and adults. I am eager to meet you and start our work together. Currently I work with adults 17 and up and most of my experience and training is with ages 17-35. I am not accepting new clients and my waitlist is full, however the group practice that I direct has some openings. Please reach out and I can try to help you to find a provider who would be a good fit.
