Introduction

I know how hard and lonely life can feel when you’re stuck in patterns that no longer work, especially after going through abuse, disconnection, or betrayal. Therapy helped me find my voice, rebuild trust in myself, and feel hopeful again. I want to offer that same sense of safety and support to others. I believe healing happens when we feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether we’re working on communication, exploring your past, or building new skills, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Ellise is currently earning her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University of Texas, with an emphasis in Domestic Violence and Trauma. She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and has a bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Ellise enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with trauma, relationship struggles, life changes, or identity questions. She especially values supporting survivors of abuse and helping couples reconnect. Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on what works—using a mix of insight, emotional support, and practical tools. She draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Families, and Structural Family Therapy to fit each client’s needs. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish and values creating a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone.
