Introduction

Humility and warmth are the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to offer an environment in which my client's feel comfortable sharing their life experiences, challenges, and triumphs. I have been licensed and practicing for more than 15 years and enjoy helping people discover their whole self and the strengths that contribute to resilience and recovery. My specialties include helping teens and adults who experience stress, anxiety, low mood and poor motivation, relationship strain, with a particular focus on body and brain lifestyle changes.
