Elizabeth Meyer

LPC Associate, Supervised by Glenna Massey, LPC-S Arise Counseling Co.
Specialties: PTSD, Trauma, Self Esteem, Child or Adolescent, Anxiety,

Introduction

I enjoy working with clients who have experienced major or minor trauma. I am EMDRIA EMDR trained, and use CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also love working on the development of skills to cope with and decrease anxiety and stress, while increasing self-esteem. As a Registered Nurse, former Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, wife of nearly 30 years, and mom to four teenage and young adult women, I enjoy focusing on adolescents (11+) through adults in their midlife as well as families. It is my honor to help you navigate challenging seasons of life and give you the tools and resources needed for success. There is Help. There is Hope. You will Arise.
