I have a special interest in providing support to those who have attentional concerns, are struggling from burn out, or are feeling overwhelmed. As a result, many of my clients are students, parents, or professionals who seek to find new ways of coping with life stressors and who desire an outlet to explore unhealthy habits that have prevented them from living the life they desire.
