Introduction

My clients are people who might find themselves unexpectedly struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, a major life transition, a challenging relationship, or a significant life event such as a trauma. I have a special interest in providing support to those who have attentional concerns, are struggling from burn out, or are feeling overwhelmed. As a result, many of my clients are students, parents, or professionals who seek to find new ways of coping with life stressors and who desire an outlet to explore unhealthy habits that have prevented them from living the life they desire. Foundational to my approach is providing a safe and collaborative space so you can show up authentically. I customize each session to your unique needs, using an approach that takes into consideration layers of your physical, social, and emotional functioning. My style is warm and compassionate, while also being direct enough to keep you accountable. Let’s face it- modern life can be intense. Few of us make it through unscathed. I recognize this reality and use scientifically-sound, proven approaches to help you live a better life. I am able to see clients in-person in Denver, CO and as a PSYPACT licensed psychologist I can see clients across 42 states. Together, let’s begin that journey. Book now!
