Introduction

Currently accepting new clients who live in Texas! There was a time when you thought things would settle down by now. You’ve held it together for so long, maybe even convinced yourself that what happened “wasn’t that bad.” But deep down, something still feels off. You might feel anxious for no clear reason, shut down when emotions get too big, or notice that old wounds are showing up in your current relationships. You’re tired of going through the motions. You want peace in your body and clarity in your heart. You want healing that lasts, not just more surface-level coping. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, heartbreak, and identity shifts. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, and deeply caring people who have spent years carrying pain in silence. They often show up for everyone else while quietly wondering when someone will finally show up for them. Maybe therapy hasn’t helped in the past, or maybe you felt like you had to stay polite or put together just to get through it. If that’s been your experience, I want to offer you something different. I approach therapy as a deeply relational, holistic process. Together, we’ll make space for the parts of you that have been overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood. As a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in EMDR, I support clients who feel stuck even after trying other types of therapy. EMDR can help you process painful memories and beliefs that are still stuck in your body and nervous system. Many clients say it feels like the shift they’ve been waiting years for. I also integrate attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), narrative, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches. I offer Christian counseling for clients who want to incorporate their faith into the healing process. Whether your spirituality is central to your life or something you’re learning to reconnect with, this space honors it. I specialize in helping people heal from childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and attachment wounds that still affect their adult relationships. Whether you’re struggling with dating, moving through a breakup, or finding it hard to trust or stay connected, we can begin to untangle the roots. You deserve to feel secure, seen, and loved in your relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself. For couples, I work with partners who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same painful cycles. Whether you’re dating, engaged, or married, we’ll explore how your patterns are shaped by past experiences and unmet needs. Using tools from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Imago, and Prepare/Enrich, I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and rediscover intimacy. You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. Whether you’re working through trauma, healing from a heartbreak, navigating a major transition, or trying to show up more fully in your life and relationships, I’m here to walk with you. We will go at your pace. There is no pressure, just a steady unfolding toward healing, clarity, and the kind of connection you’ve been longing for. If this speaks to you, I would be honored to hear your story and begin this journey together. You can start by booking a free consultation or go ahead and schedule a full session, whichever feels right for you. I look forward to walking alongside you.
