Hi, I’m Dr. Sha-Rhonda Green, LCSW — therapist, social worker, educator, and founder of Unbothered Healing. I help Black women reclaim their peace, power, and purpose through culturally responsive, high-impact therapy. For over 20 years, I’ve walked alongside clients navigating burnout, generational trauma, role strain, multiple roles and major life transitions. My work is especially focused on supporting Black women and first-generation professionals who often carry invisible labor, family expectations, and the pressure of breaking barriers. My approach blends evidence-based tools like CBT with strengths-based, culturally rooted care. Together we’ll clarify your needs, release patterns that no longer serve you, and create a plan that allows you to rest, set boundaries, and thrive without apology. If you’re ready to move from surviving to deeply living, I’d be honored to walk with you. Your healing is sacred — let’s protect it together..
