Introduction

As a dedicated mental health therapist, I am committed to supporting individuals across the lifespan, including adults, teens, and children, on their journey towards emotional well-being. With specialized training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and integrative mental health approaches, I employ evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I hold a doctorate in school psychology and am licensed in school psychology in both Oregon and Texas. My practice is further endorsed by my licensure as a mental health provider in Oregon, Texas, Florida, and Washington. This extensive licensure allows me to provide accessible and comprehensive mental health services to a diverse range of clients. I am passionate about fostering resilience and personal growth, guiding individuals to navigate their challenges with confidence and clarity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, and ultimately, achieve lasting change.
