Introduction

My Approach In the world of counseling, collaboration is essential. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I believe in creating a genuine partnership between client and therapist—one built on mutual respect, trust, and shared goals. Together, we navigate life’s challenges, uncover personal insights, and cultivate meaningful growth. My commitment is to empower you to reconnect with your inner strength, navigate obstacles with clarity, and move toward healing and resilience. Through thoughtful conversation and guided reflection, we’ll explore the complexities of your experiences and begin the process of lasting, transformative change. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. That’s why I prioritize creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and affirming—where our dialogue feels less clinical and more like a conversation with someone who truly gets it. My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and deeply human. Rooted in authenticity, I approach each client relationship with care, empathy, and a deep respect for your unique journey. My approach is also highly adaptable, allowing me to tailor our work together to fit your individual needs, whether you're facing life transitions, emotional challenges, or relationship concerns. A Therapist with Heart and Balance I practice with a heart rooted in empathy and a mind attuned to balance and clarity. Astrologically speaking, my Libra Sun and Libra Rising influence the way I create harmony in the counseling space—helping clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they find their emotional center. Fairness, thoughtfulness, and emotional intelligence guide not only my clinical approach, but also the quality of connection I build with those I serve. With a Leo Moon, my work is fueled by deep passion and purpose. I bring warmth, creativity, and encouragement to every session, helping clients reclaim their voice, confidence, and personal power. Whether you’re healing from trauma, redefining your identity, or moving through grief or change, I offer a steady presence and a path toward restoration. Walking with You Toward Change I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families not only heal—but thrive. I meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be—with grace, intention, and hope. Through our work together, you’ll find not just coping strategies, but a deeper understanding of yourself and the tools to live a fuller, more authentic life. Clinical Supervision Experience: Supervision is a structured process in which a designated individual supports the professional growth and therapeutic competence of others while ensuring the well-being of the supervisee's clients. My approach includes, three roles—teacher, counselor, and consultant—within an Adlerian and Cognitive-Behavioral framework: Teacher Role: Involves reviewing client cases, emphasizing multicultural sensitivity, and using techniques like role-playing. Counselor Role: Focuses on therapeutic factors that promote personal growth and help address any client-related emotions or thoughts that interfere with effective treatment. Consultant Role: Useful for case reviews and discussing areas of uncertainty. The supervision sessions concentrate on four key areas: Process: Counseling techniques and communication skills. Personalization: Identifying transference and avoiding counter-transference. Conceptualization: Understanding how trainees process and analyze client cases. Administration: Addressing case notes, ethics, licensure, and best practices.
