Introduction

You’ve been holding everything together showing up at work, showing up for others but lately, it’s been harder to show up for yourself. Maybe you’re tired of pushing through, or you’re finding it harder to feel connected in your relationship. Maybe you’re asking big questions and need space to process them without pressure. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to reflect and realign people who want to better understand their emotions, build stronger boundaries, and feel more at peace in their relationships and within themselves. My approach is collaborative and grounded. I use a blend of evidence-based practices, including CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy. But more than anything, I show up with presence and curiosity. I want to help you slow down, reconnect with your values, and create relationships that feel safe, supportive, and fulfilling. If you're navigating emotional burnout, communication challenges, or just trying to figure out what’s next, therapy can be a place to reset. Let’s work together to create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are and what you want.
