I believe that when a person feels safe, accepted, and emotionally supported that healing can begin. My style is warm, gentle, encouraging, and collaborative. I focus on connecting with you, exploring your story, and identifying strengths and opportunities. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master's degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from George Fox University. In addition, I am a Registered Play Therapist, which I use in my work with children. Play therapy is a powerful tool that can help children explore and express their thoughts and emotions, process their experiences, and develop more effective strategies for managing problems. I believe in the importance of caring for a child’s emotional health and the benefits it can have as they develop and move through life. I also understand the support that parents and caregivers need. If you are interested in finding out more about therapy services with me, please click "Contact" at the top of the page to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you! I am accepting individual adults and children at this time (NOT couples).
