Hi, I’m Dayle. I work with adults who have been through overwhelming, painful, or complex life experiences—many of whom have tried therapy before and felt unseen, rushed, or misunderstood. You won’t find that here. My practice is rooted in compassion, consent, and curiosity. I offer EMDR, IFS-informed care, and somatic approaches for healing trauma, grief, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation. I work especially well with neurodivergent individuals, highly sensitive people, and those who need a slower, safer space to feel and heal. If you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma or emotional pain for a long time, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll gently unpack what’s been too much to hold on your own—at your pace, in your way. Therapy with me isn’t just talking. It’s body-based, brain-informed, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.
