I utilize an eclectic approach including Person-Centered, Trauma Informed, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths Based and Solution Focused Therapy. My ability to integrate different therapeutic approaches allows me to provide treatment that is individualized to the needs of each client.
