Introduction

Mental health care is essential to overall well-being and a powerful form of self-care. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’ve been down this path before, my approach begins with building a strong, trusting relationship where we focus on your strengths and goals. With experience in various mental health settings, including psychiatric emergency services, acute mental health care, and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of life experiences, including life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship conflict. My approach is culturally competent, relational and trauma informed. The purpose of my approach to therapy is to target and identify strategies to combat depression and anxiety, regulate emotions, manage relationship conflicts and improve sense of self worth. If you're ready to take that next step, I invite you to reach out. I offer phone consultations so we can get a sense of your needs and discuss what our work together would look like. It’s an opportunity for us to connect, ask questions, and ensure that I’m the right fit to help you move forward.
