Introduction

Dr. Dan Perez is the owner and primary psychologist for Black Diamond Psychological Services, PLLC. He has extensive training and experience treating adults with a variety of mental health concerns and from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Perez became interested in mental health after discharging from the Army in the early 2000s. He completed his Bachelor's Degree at Northern Illinois University. He then continued his education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where he earned two Master's Degrees and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. He has training and experience at inpatient and substance abuse facilities, community mental health centers and at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he currently holds a position as a Clinical Psychologist.
