I became a therapist because I’ve always been interested in understanding people and their relationships. When I learned about Marriage and Family Therapy, I knew it was the perfect way to combine my passion for helping others with my personal values. In therapy, my approach is calm, optimistic, and understanding. I want clients to feel comfortable and supported while also gaining the tools they need to move forward. I believe therapy is a sign of strength—not weakness—because taking steps to improve your life shows courage and determination. Every client is different, so I work to create a plan that fits your values and goals. Together, we will focus on what’s important to you and build a path toward the changes you want to see. I often recommend mindfulness, which helps you focus on the present moment and manage stress in a healthy way. After a session with me, I hope you feel hopeful about the future, confident in your ability to change, and reassured that you have someone in your corner to support you every step of the way.
