Introduction

I'm a nerdy, person-centered therapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults feel valued and understood. My approach centers on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and creating a space to be your genuine self while working toward your goals. I work especially well with people who have been hurt by others, talk down to themselves, or feel afraid of making mistakes. Inspired by my background in play therapy, I also use video games in sessions to give geeks and gamers of all ages a natural way to express themselves, work through challenges, and understand their emotions.
