Introduction

I am passionate about helping individuals battling anxiety. It is my desire to remind you that you have someone willing to walk with you through this season of life. It will be my honor to come alongside you, helping you recognize your strengths to overcome the debilitating affects of anxiety and depression. Today the questioning "Am I losing my mind?" stops. Together we will work together to identify your vision of a healthier you and how to recognize when you have achieved that goal. As a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), I use the Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) approach to guide our online sessions. I believe each individual has a history of overcoming the problems they are facing. SFBT allows each session to be an exploration of what change looks like for you. Each session begins and ends with calming breaths to aid in the process of stress release and focus. You have a story unique to you; therefore, time and attention will be given to yours within our first few sessions together. Whether this is your first time seeking counseling or one of many times, together, change IS possible! I look forward to partnering with you and celebrating the victories of overcoming!
