Dallin has worked with individuals in all walks of life as a health and fitness professional, sports coach, and now mental health counselor. He aims to meet people where they are at utilizing strengths-based and solution-focused concepts to help clients overcome challenges using theories such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, and ACT. He has experience working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with a variety of issues like anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, OCD, faith crises, history of abuse, grief, relationship challenges, life adjustments, and beyond. As an individual fitness and nutrition coach Dallin also has intricate knowledge of situations that involve eating disorders, body image concerns, health/fitness goals, and sport performance. He also is growing in the up-and-coming practice of Geek Therapy (using gaming, nerdom, and fictional connections in therapeutic interventions) as a lifelong gamer and geek himself! With several years experience working in people-serving professions, Dallin implements a highly encouraging and compassionate environment that lets clients express themselves without fear of judgement and believes that a collaborative approach to resolving problems can result in amazing outcomes!
