Hi, I’m Daiana (pronounced Diana). I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping people heal from grief and trauma in a way that feels safe, empowering, and culturally sensitive. My approach draws from Gestalt, Existential, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Narrative Therapy giving me the flexibility to tailor each session to your unique needs and experiences. For couples, I also use Gottman Method techniques to help strengthen communication, connection, and trust. I understand that grief and trauma don’t just live in the past, they shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and your future. They can also bring up questions of identity and belonging. That’s why I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your story, explore who you are becoming, and begin to move forward on your terms. Healing isn’t always a straight line, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you find meaning, resilience, and hope.
