Introduction

In my therapeutic relationships, I strive to help individuals feel empowered and hopeful as they manage the obstacles life throws at them both physically and mentally. We work on goals and strategies the help individuals be successful, and most of all hopeful. Being a nurse for 30 years as well as a social worker for 12 years, I'm able to provide to bring a new and broader perspective to their situation they may not have had before. Whether you've been involved in therapy all of your life, or have a current situation that is bringing you to therapy for the first time, I feel there are always skills and techniques that can be helpful in coping and just embracing day to day life.
