I am a therapist who believes in the power of honest reflection, self-accountability, and culturally affirming care. As a Black clinician with lived experience navigating identity and marginalization, I hold space for clients to feel seen, respected, and supported in their full humanity. I especially enjoy working with preteens, teens, and adults trying to make sense of their emotions, relationships, or where they belong in the world. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, blending person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral tools, and trauma-informed care. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Your needs, pace, and goals shape each session. Whether we are unpacking past pain, navigating a life transition, or simply making space to breathe and reflect, I show up with warmth, care, and directness. I work with clients from historically underserved communities, including those within the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore your truth, and move forward with more clarity and ease.
